Diet to gain weight

Of course the majority of us are overweight .. Some, however, suffers from excessive thinness
This diet helps to increase the weight (for only slim):



Breakfast:


cup whole milk.
tablespoons of Adobe or 30 grams of cheese (two pieces) or their eggs.
• Half a loaf of bread or six pieces of toast.
• Five beads of olive or a teaspoon of oil

And a small meal:

• 30 grams of cornflakes.

Lunch:

• 120 grams of meat, chicken or fish.
a cup and a half cup of starches (rice, potatoes, pasta, corn, peas, beans, lentils, beans)
• Half a loaf of bread
a cup of cooked vegetables

Two small tablespoons of the oil

And a small meal:

a handful of almonds or walnuts or hazelnuts
Dinner:


• 60 grams of meat, chicken or fish, or four tablespoons of Adobe or four slices of cheese
a large bowl of power
• Half a loaf of bread or a cup of starches
